HEIGO MÕLDER, PHD

I received MSc and PhD degree in the field of Power Engineering and Mechatronics after studying at Tallinn University of Technology. My scientific interest has mainly been related with electricity quality, electromagnetic compatibility and electromagnetic fields area as well as autonomous vehicles and IoT electronics.
During the last 10 years I have been working in the R&D area of product / software / hardware development for the IoT. Being a co-founder of several start-ups have has allowed me to develop my team leading skills

INDREK ROASTO, PHD
Senior researcher, Power electronics specialist, Embedded systems developer.
I received the M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tallinn University of
Technology (TalTech), Tallinn, Estonia, in 2005 and 2009, respectively. I spent a year in
Poland in Gdynia Maritime Academy as a postdoctoral researcher in 2013. I am currently a senior researcher with the TalTech. I have over 100 publications, own Utility Models and two Patents in the field of power electronics. My technical interests include digital control of switching power converters, interfacing renewable energy sources, power quality in Microgrid.

I finished Ph.D. studies in electrical engineering at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) in 2010. I am currently a senior researcher at TalTech Department of Electrical Power Engineering and Mechatronics. I have long experience in the design of power electronic converters, prototyping and embedded systems.

Kristjan Tabri got his PhD degree from Helsinki University of Technology and currently is working as senior researcher in TalTech. Kristjan has also long experience as naval architect and entrepreneur in company MEC Marine Engineering. He is specialist of ship collision investigations, dynamic load calculations, structural response testing, fluid structure interaction etc.

Taavi Möller received the B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in electrical engineering from Tallinn University of Technology, Tallinn, Estonia, in 2001 and 2004, respectively. At the present time he is a researcher in the Department of Electrical Drives and Power Electronics. He has experience in creation of flexible automation systems (remote control of electrical drives), SmartGrid Technology and its Applications in Estonian Power System.

Mart Enok, MSc (Chief Engineer) – holds a master’s degree in product development. With over 15 years of work experience as an engineer in the maritime industry, focusing on the development of robotic ships for the past 5 years. Role within the team: Ensuring the selection of suitable technologies based on applied research objectives, creating a work plan for solving technical issues; advising the project manager on technical matters; integrating, configuring, and testing equipment; planning and conducting experiments.

Pirko Konsa has over 14 years of executive experience in innovation projects, serving as CEO of Tallinn Science Park and COO of Estonian Development Fund. He is a coach at Tehnopol incubator and led the Expert Committee on Autonomous Vehicles at the Estonian Government Office. He has held executive and board positions in technology and science organizations such as Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol, Biolaborid OÜ, and Cybernetica AS. Mr. Konsa also served as Head of the Enterprise Division in the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs. He holds a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tartu, Estonia.
